One great Objective “To Uplift the Life of a Common Man” led to the birth of RCM as a baby (small enterprise) in August 2000. The sprout of RCM came out in the form of a small yet splendid family. The eminence of the objective inspired this sprout to become a gigantic tree and then started a succession of preparations which ultimately resulted as growth in every realm, in very short time; RCM has created history just because of the passion to fructify the objective. Today RCM family has; a database of more than 1 Cr. distributors, more than 700 daily use products, over 80 depots (warehouses) and more than 5000 retail stores all across the country. RCM is striving hard to serve its associates in the best way possible

RCM’s value base education has proved to be fruitful for the life of every person associated with it. Training programs, books, CD’s courses for different levels etc. have helped to raise the name RCM above all the MLM companies in India. RCM believes in; making mutual relationships stronger, help others to grow, respecting the feelings of others, etc. and these all points are the main focus in the teachings of RCM

RCM’s founder Mr. T.C.Chhabra is a genius and versatile person. Apart from being an efficient Manager, he is also a proficient Writer, Trainer, Poet and a Composer. The books written by him are a treasure of knowledge for human beings. His books “Jeevan-Ek Khoj” and “Shakti Ka Khazana” are the bestsellers. His poems and compositions are heart touching. One poetry collection “Antas Ki Aawaz” and three music albums “Ek Masiha”, “Khushnaseebi” and “Aane Wala Kal” have been released already.

People from all corners of the nation attend his training programs and get charged . Along with all these talents, he is very passionate towards his objective and his preparations are also very persevering. Just because of these features and warmth in heart, he is able to take along a huge family with himself. He is very serious about the moral values in life and wants to dedicate his whole life for the great objective of setting up moral values in the lives of each human being.
